Signals GEO is an AI Visibility Analyzer that:

• Crawls and analyzes websites for AI search optimization
• Tests websites against multiple AI search engines
• Provides AI Visibility Scores and reports
• Offers recommendations for improving AI discoverability

3. Beta Service

Signals GEO is currently in beta. The Service is provided "as is" and may contain bugs or limitations. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Service at any time.

4. User Accounts

To use the Service, you must:

• Create an account with accurate information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Be at least 18 years old or have parental consent
• Not share your account with others
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access

5. Acceptable Use

• Scan websites you do not own or have permission to analyze
• Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose

6. Website Scanning

By submitting a website for analysis, you represent that you have the legal right to analyze that website. We are not responsible for any violations of third-party rights resulting from your use of the Service.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service, including all content, features, and functionality, is owned by Entity Signals and protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of your website content, but grant us a license to analyze and process it to provide the Service.

8. Pricing and Payment

During the beta period, the Service may be offered free of charge. We reserve the right to introduce pricing in the future with advance notice to users.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR THAT RESULTS WILL BE ACCURATE OR RELIABLE.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ENTITY SIGNALS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us.

12. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
